Thursday and Friday - some Berlin sights
On Thursday and Friday, the symposium adjourned a little
earlier, which allowed some time to explore on Thursday
evening and Friday afternoon/evening.

After we Adjourn on Thursday, Gunther Gabriel and
I head out to find a place to eat, and are fortunate
enough to run into a local Berliner from the symposium
on the S-Bahn.

She offers some advice about where to eat, and ends
up taking us to one of her local resturants
|
|
after giving us a quick sightseeing tour of Alexanderplatz.
|
|
|
On Friday, after the symposium is wound up, I journey from
Alexanderplatz to Breitscheidplatz, near the Zoo.
|
|
